The attacking team must capture all objectives and destroy the cache to win.Push can give you an awesome experience if you have a coordinated team that communicates. The goal of the attacking team is to capture all objectives and destroy the cache at the very end while the defenders must defend and stop the attackers until they run out of respawn waves.
Similar to RS2's Territories game mode, one team act as the attacker while the other being the defender.

If you've played the other PTSD simulator game known by the name of Rising Storm 2: Vietnam, then this game mode should be familiar.
Involves a strategic and tactical approach compared to other game modes. Requires teamwork and communication to win. Securing an objective will respawn your team. Capture all objectives or eliminate the enemy team to win. No respawn timers once you die, and the only way to get back on the action is to capture an objective. This game mode is not for the faint of heart, as each player only has a single life. Allows both teams to act as a defender and attacker.įirefight is known for its high-risk, high-intensity gameplay. Capturing an objective will give a team respawn waves, instantly respawn dead teammates, and allow them to move to the next objective. Destroy the cache or eliminate all enemies to win. Capture all objectives while defending yours until you get to the enemy’s cache. Since you can play both as an attacker and defender, you can mix things up and play according to your playstyle.
In Frontline, both teams act as a defender and attacker, exchanging blows until finally, one team successfully eliminates the enemy team or gets to their weapons cache.įrontline is great if you like the concept of Push but don't want to be stuck on one role for the entire match.
The more objectives you hold, the faster you gain points. Capture all objectives while preventing the enemy team from doing so. Reach the target score before the enemy team to win. The gameplay is fast-paced, and matches typically don't last too long. The more you control, the faster your team's points rise.ĭomination is also great if you're looking to experiment on different loadouts while going against real players. The goal in Domination is simple: secure more objectives than the enemy team to gain points. The limited HUD and slower movement speed will require a more strategic and tactical gameplay. Teammates will only respawn when an objective is captured or destroyed. Resupply at a supply crate to get your standard loadout back. You will lose your equipment if you die and will respawn with limited equipment. Players get decreased movement speed, limited HUG, and limited equipment. This gives a more realistic feel by moving at a slower pace and having fewer displays on the screen. What makes this game mode hardcore is you get a limited HUD, equipment, and decreased movement speed. If that’s the case for you as well, then give Hardcore Checkpoint a try! Much like Checkpoint, you move across the map while capturing and destroying objectives. The bots in Insurgency: Sandstorm can sometimes be a bit too easy. Allows for a strategic yet casual gameplay. Teammates will respawn only when an objective is captured or destroyed. Capturing an objective may initiate an enemy counter-attack in which the players must repel. Enemy bots will be lurking around and waiting in every corner, so watch out. The goal in Checkpoint is to capture and destroy all objectives while moving across the map. It is a nice mode to take a break from the usual stuff in PvP since you can still play slow, and you'll die less often. Going against sweats and experienced players won't turn out to be a good gaming experience, most of the time. Good for those looking for more casual gameplay. Special enemies appear once in a while. Dead teammates can only respawn after a wave has finished its attack. If your team gets wiped out or the objective gets captured, you retreat to the next objective. Start off with a small amount of supply points, gaining more after each wave. Defend the objective against all waves of enemies to win. Even though you're going up against bots, their numbers and unique behavior is what makes Outpost, Outpost. Only in Outpost, you could feel the adrenaline rushing in as tons of enemies come from all directions. Until finally, the timer ends, and the enemy retreats. You fend them off one by one, dropping them like flies. Heavily equipped enemies and suicide bombers are sent in a desperate attempt by the enemy to seize and take hold of the objective. You're the only one left while there are still 20 seconds left before the attack ends. Picture yourself in the middle of combat, enemies coming from all directions, encircling and ultimately killing your team.
